Aristotle Labs, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. We operate in compliance with applicable United States federal and state privacy laws. Where our services are provided to customers in the European Economic Area, we also adhere to GDPR principles, and where applicable to customers in California, we comply with the CCPA/CPRA.

2. Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, company, role), workspace and customer data you upload, feedback and survey responses your end users submit, usage data (pages viewed, features used), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device).

3. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the Service, generate AI-powered insights from your feedback, communicate with you about your account, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products.

4. Sharing & Sub-Processors

We do not sell personal information. We share data with vetted sub-processors (OpenAI for AI processing, Resend for email, Replit for hosting, Sentry for error monitoring, PostHog for product analytics) under written contracts.

5. Your Rights

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is role-restricted and audit-logged.
