By accessing or using Reluup (operated by Aristotle Labs, LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Reluup is an AI-powered platform for capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing customer feedback. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.
3. Accounts & Workspaces
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the conduct of all members they invite.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or interfering with the integrity of the Service.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the billing period.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aristotle Labs, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
